Dick Schellin, alias "Sweetroll," has light brown hair, blue eyes, and stands 5' 10". Dick's many activities include Tri‑M, Student Council, Legend, and National Honor Society.
At present Dick is involved in Maine's 1967 musical production of Flower Drum Song, in which he has one of the lead roles.
This year Dick is taking Chemistry II, English lVE, music, journalism, and analytic geometry. He enjoys chemistry the most because he likes science and plans to be a doctor.
Dick's most embarrassing experience occurred last year when he went tobogganing. His pants ripped "in a most strategic place!"
Dick asserts that the best thing about Maine is the students. "They are well‑behaved and show good sportsmanship." His only complaint is the "lack of participation on the part of the students."
According to Dick, another good thing about Maine is its high academic standards. "Make the most of the educational opportunities offered you, but don't spread yourself too thin where extra‑curricular activities are concerned."

Dick sums up his advice with, "Do one thing well, rather than many things mediocre!"
To improve Maine, Dick would better the student‑teacher relationship "by means of the Student Council and other similar organizations."
Dick's greatest pet peeve is "kids who are constantly knocking the school, but then are not willing to do anything for it." He claims that those who complain the loudest are the ones who come up with the fewest suggestions.
In the future Dick plans to attend Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana. There he hopes to earn a bachelor of science degree.
Spare time is almost unheard of as far as Dick is concerned. When he can manage it, he enjoys watching television and corresponding with his cousin. His hobbies are water‑skiing, hunting, and all sports.
Wisconsin is Dick's favorite state. He especially likes the scenery and the wildlife.
Over the summer Dick worked and played baseball.
Dick's favorite food is lobster.
