The following girls have been selected by their teachers as the junior leaders for the school year 1967‑1968.

Carol Beam, Barbara Bednarz, Corliss Beizer, Karen Bendyk, Judy Bergera, Bonnie Bing, Sandy Bishop, Gail Blaha, Cindy Bol, Gail Braun, Karen Brenner, Mary Ann Budzon, Sue Chiles, Diane Clarke, Marilyn Coombs, Pat Cordts, Dawn Dalin, Donna DeFranco, Kristen Deithloff, Jeanne Durham, Donna Eliwanger, and Jean Engstrom.

Others include Sue Evans, Diane Fran:en, Laura Frey, Carol Gano, Maudy Gass, Kathy Geertz, Mary Gianpetro, Eileen Goelz, Jean Gardi, Arlene Hegg, Judith Henk, Carolyn Hummel, Jo Hynes, Wendy Ishihara, Roberta Kabot, Monica Keane, Jody Kinder, Tern Klein, Sandra Lauffenburger, Janie Leis, Nancy Lilja, Chris Lund, and Sara McCoy.

Still others are Sandra McNabb, Laraine Mesavage, Jacqueline Meyer, Beth Miller, Janet Moranz, Nancy Motalo, Sue Muncy, Laura Newman, Patricia Owen, Lise Pahnke, Carol Rhode, Louise Rohrbach, Pauline Ruge, Kathleen Sagan, Marta Spera, Janis Teruggi, Janice Thain, Lynne Thomas, Joan Walter, Kathie Weaver, Mary Wencil, Linda Wesolowski, and Kathryn Wolf.

Selection at this time does not determine a membership. Girls were selected for their qualities of responsibility, interest, and potential. To remain eligible, the girls must continue to demonstrate these traits.

Twenty‑three girls are still under consideration for membership in this program but must display a greater responsibility, interest, and potential as a leader.

Mrs. Helen Clouser, head of the Girls' Physical Education Department, commented, "The selected girls are enrolled in a special training program which concurrently develops physical skills, sports knowledge, and leadership abilities."
