'Flower Drum Song' Climaxes Months
of Rehearsal Schedules

The remaining performances of Maine West's fifth musical, Flower Drum Song, will be presented tonight, April 21, and Saturday afternoon and Saturday night, April 22.

Mr. Robert Kuite, director of the band and musical production, said, "We are indebted to the faculty and students of Maine West whose outstanding contribution of time and talent made this production possible. It is not a profit‑making production.

"Costumes, which are the responsibility of the students in the production, have helped make this show as professional as possible."

Mr. George Blanas, chairman of the Art Department, took charge of designing the sets and costumes. Mr. Blanas and students from the Art Department are also in charge of painting and art work.

Mr. Robert Pelikan and the stagecrafters class took over the job of set construction.

The choreography has been conceived by Miss Kathleen Van Ness and student choreographers, Char Freeman '67 and Sue Nehring '67.
