The G.A.A. elections were held last April 13 and 14. The elections were for next year's officers of the Executive Board.
The new officers include Renee Gatsis '68, president; Carolyn Shayman '68, vice‑president; Jan Rowan '68, secretarytreasurer; and Gail Branda '68, intramural chairman.
According to the recently amended constitution, these officers assume their positions immediately. They will hold their offices until the next Executive Board elections in February.
Applications will be available on May 1 for anyone desiring to apply for any of the Intramural Board offices. These include all of the sporthead positions: archery, badminton, basketball, camping, golf, gymnastics, softball, swimming, tennis, track and field, and volleyball.

The duties of these officers involve working with the faculty member assigned to this activity, by helping to promote and sponsor the sport.
The qualifications for the sporthead offices are only that a girl be a G.A.A. member and that she be interested in the area of activity for which she is applying.
Applications for the positions may be obtained from the G.A.A. sponsor, Miss Judy Coddington, in C‑wing gym. They may also be obtained from any of the officers of the Executive Board.
Miss Coddington commented, "I am pleased with the new officers of the Executive Board, and I hope that members from all classes will plan on applying for an office on the Intramural Board."
