The Class of 1967 will mark the end of its high school career with several important events, one of these being graduation on June 7. The two most important social events will be the Senior Dessert at 7:30 p.m. on June 1 and the Senior Prom, "Now Until Forever," at 8:30 p. in. on June 2.
Hopefully, the night will be warm and the sky filled with stars. Beautiful girls in lovely pastel formals will be arriving on the arms of gallant young men attired in tuxedos. This will be the scene outside the O'Hare Inn at 8:30 p.m. on June 2.
In the Grand Ballroom the Bob Over Orchestra will be playing as the minutes fly by and the most lavish social event of the high school year becomes a beautiful memory that will last from "Now Until Forever."
Planning for this event has been in process, actually, since last June when the Ballroom was reserved.
The main part of the planning has been under way since December under the direction of Trisha Clement, general prom chairman. Trisha has been aided in her task by Jan Bollet, entertainment chairman, and Pat Zawodnk, bids and invitations chairman.

Jan contacted several bands and agencies and finally selected the Bob Over Orchestra to provide the music for the evening. Refreshments of punch and cookies will be provided by Henrici's.
Pat, in charge of distribution of invitations to seniors and all honored guests, urges seniors to respond to their invitations soon if they haven't already done so. "You only have until May 12, and you must respond if you want to go to the prom."
Trisha is confident that the prom will be a success. She said, "This will be the finale of our senior year, and it will be beautiful. Everyone who attends will have a wonderful time, I'm sure."
The Senior Dessert is also in the final planning stages. Laurie Andropolis heads the committee in charge of plans for this event.
The Senior Dessert is an annual event. However, it is being held in the evening for the first time this year. It starts at 7:30 p.m. on June 1 in the cafeteria.
