Legend Institutes New Sales Method

The Legend, Maine West's yearbook, will go on sale November 28 through December 6. The yearbook may be purchased at the head of the cafeteria during all lunch periods. The price is $4 if paid in full now, or $2 now and $2.50 in the spring.

"This year we're intitiating a new system of selling Legends. We hope to avoid the rush on Thursday and Friday by having sales continued on Monday and Tuesday," said Linda Virostko, editor‑in‑chief of the Legend.

Linda also stated, "The reason for the difference in the sales price is to urge all students to pay for their Legend now. A great deal of paperwork is involved in the two payments system."
