Debate Team Shows Promise |

Should the foreign aid policy of the United States be limited to non‑military assistance, or should it stay as it is? This question is the topic of the 1966‑67 debate season. Mr. Merel Marine, a speech arts teacher, sponsors the debate team. |
The debate squad is divided into teams of four. In each of these teams there are two people debating for the affirmative side, which favors limiting foreign aid to non‑military assistance, and two for the negative side, which favors keeping the policy as it presently is. |
