Why aren't we allowed to have small parties in the cafeteria or in the homerooms before school during the Christmas season?

Dear Helper,
Parties may be held after school providing approval has been granted and a faculty member is in attendance. Parties in the cafeteria are restricted due to the crowded conditions in the cafeteria and the difficulties involved in cleaning up and in the moving of tables and chairs.

Dear Council:
I've heard we can't have Bermuda day for the seniors. If this is true, why?
