"Even though I yell during rehearsals, I think V‑Show will be the best it has ever been," said Arlette Dawson '67, V‑Show director. "There is more enthusiasm being shown this year than ever before." This year's coordinator is Bill Prentice '67.

Thirty‑two acts and five dance chorus numbers make up the show. The whole second act is based on different levels: dances, folk‑singing groups, and instrumentals.

The show will be on February 16, 17, and 18; but many hours of full practices and even one or two Saturday rehearsals will take place with lighting, costumes, and props before the actual show Arlette stated, "I want more full rehearsals so there is better unity in our show."

Sue Plate '69, Kim Kozak '69, Mary Holm '67, Pearl Jackson '70, Cheryl Bard '67, Curt Hayward '67, Mary Corcoran '67, Marty Bushey '69, Jeff Hanus '70, Mary Wallace '68, Sue Muncy '69, Nancy Lilja '69, Pat Clement '67, Pam Osburn '68, Mark Nichols '67, Lynn Lloyd '70, Sue Buthman '67, and Jerry Vogts '67.

"Because there were so many dance acts last year, we have tried bringing in more of a variety," Arlette commented.

A few acts will perform at neighboring junior high schools to increase publicity. Arlette said, "We have tried to make the show flow faster by preparing the acts more quickly and with more spontaniety!"
