G.A.A. Says

The annual G.A.A. playnight was held September 19. The object of the playnight was to boost membership and interest in G.A.A. The girls attending were able to use all the gym equipment, and the pool was open.

The tennis team is being organized now, and anyone who is interested in joining should talk to Miss June Thompson in A-109A. Tennis intramurals are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays; and the tennis team practices on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Camping is also being organized. Three camping trips are being planned for this year. About 50 girls attended the first camping meeting. Anyone who is interested is asked to contact Gail Layman or Miss Judith Cottington.

Tryout clinics for Orchesis, modern dance club, were held on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week. Final tryouts will be held today after school.

Aquiana, the honorary swim club, is working on their swim show. The theme for this year's show is "Where The Action Is." Although the show will not be held until November, people are needed to help with publicity. Contact Chris Peterson for more information.
