Bill Resigns From Council
Bill Zografos '68 is no longer president of Student Council.

Bill had unauthorized absences for February 20-21. Bill followed the regular procedures with Mr. Burk, dean of boys. He was given an in-school suspension for one day.

On February 23, 26, and 27 the Executive Board of Student Council discussed the effects of Bill's unauthorized absences. In Council's best interest, Bill offered his resignation.
 On Feburary 28 Bill read his resignation to Council, apologizing to them.

The majority of the Student Council members accepted his resignation along with his wish to remain on Council as an OffCouncil member.

According to the constitution, the vice-president, Ellen Sangster '68, became the president.

On Monday, March 4, a Council vote elected Bill Robertson '68 vice-president.

Ellen will now appoint a new parlimentarian to replace Bill.
