Club, To Hold Dance, |

| "Sports Illustrated" is the selected theme for the annual M-Club Dance which will be held tomorrow night from 8 to 11 p.m. in the cafeteria. Free tickets have been given to all M-Club members, and corsages will be given to all girls attending the dance. Attire for this occasion is Sunday best. During the dance, the new officers for next year will be announced. A service award will be given to the boy who has rendered the most service to the club during the year. Decorations for the dance include posters illustrating various sports at Maine which will compliment the theme, "Sports Illustrated." |
Light snacks of pretzels, popcorn, and coke will be provided as refreshments. The Commonwealth, a combo from Northern Illinois University, will perform. Bill Frost '68, treasurer and entertainment chairman, asserted that "Last year's dance was considered to be one of the better dances at Maine, and this year's will be even better." This year's current club officers are Monty Abbott '68, president; Dave Krowka '68, vice-president; Bill Frost '68, treasurer; and Kurt Christensen '68, secretary. The committees for the dance and their chairmen include: Kurt Christensen, refreshments; Monty Abbott, flowers; Gordon Shirling '68, decorations; and Bill Frost, entertainment. |
