Squad of the Weak
Perky 5'3" blonde-haired, green-eyed Katy Mandell '69 has been a cheerleader for two years. She claims that while doing the "Hello" cheer during the Regionals she went the wrong way, which proved to be quite embarrassing.

To top it off, Joan Beyer '68, this year's 5'4" brunette, brown-eyed captain laughed so hard at Katy that she had a little accident herself. Joan has been on the squad for three years.

Patti Jo Falconer '68 is a petite 5'4" cheerleader with brown hair and brown eyes. Patti almost fell down at the football game when the cheerleaders ran in front of the football team. Patti has been a member of the squad for two years.

Five foot four inch, green-eyed, blonde haired Eileen Goelz '69 is another member of the squad for her second year.
 "Big Mama," Linda Peterson '68, 5'4" blond-haired, blue-eyed cheerleader has been on the squad two years. Linda moaned, "I'll miss the excitement in the crowd and the physical competition between the cheerleaders."

A peppy 5'2" brunette with brown eyes could describe Linda Wesolowski '69 who also has been a member for two years. Linda admitted that during one of the cheers she jumped five minutes ahead of time.

Another varsity cheerleader, Jackie Silk '68 stands 5'8" with blonde hair and brown eyes. Being a member for two years, Jackie feels, "When the team is losing, that is when we need school spirit."

Five feet two inches tall, blonde-hair, and blue eyes is one description of Pat Cordts '69 a three-year member of the squad. Pat giggled, "While doing a mount on Katy, her hands slipped and down I fell."
