It's What's Happening!
Maine West, as well as South and East, is planning to erect a memorial plaque to our school's graduates who have died while serving in the Armed Forces. The plaque would list the graduate's name, the conflict in which he died, and his class.


Honors were bestowed upon another group that has brought honor to Maine West, as the Athletic Department held its fall Sports Award Night Wednesday in the auditorium. During this program, Freshman numerals, Sophomore, J.V., Varsity letters, and certificates of participation were awarded to the members of the football and cross-country teams.
 Variety Show is not far off; act tryouts have been held in A-220 since November 8. V-Show will be held on February 8, 9, and 10.

Tryouts are in A-220. V-Show has been a great success in the past and gives students a good chance to participate, because many different kinds of talent are needed. Mr. John Graef is the sponsor.
