| The sophomores recently completed their table tennis tournament with Jerry Sluyk emerging as the champion. The tournament started with Jerry downing Mike Minster. Bill Edwards then went on to take Steve Grewe. After this elimination process the final match was held, and Jerry upheld his title of champion from last year. | Also completing their tournament were the juniors. After first beating John Jacobs, Mike Kautz went on to take John Heavey and the junior title. Currently the juniors and seniors are finishing up their double elimination tournament in basketball. Leading the seniors at the present time is Carl Dudczak with 252 points. Drake Mertes is leading the juniors with 225 points. The sophomore leader, Grant Pick, has 320 points; and freshman Doug Lauffenburger has 325 points. |
