Wandering Warrior

What do you like or dislike about the Maine West dress code?

Bill Hall '70 - It's all right now that the girls can wear cullottes.

Rich Wilson '69 - My tastes basically within the borders of the dress code.

Jeff Boeck '70 - It's appropriate for school-the kids can go out and wear their long hair and short dresses after school.

Bill Deuser '68 - I'd like to see it much more liberal than it is.

Maudy Gass '69 - The kids represent the school, so to make the school look good the kids should dress appropriately and neatly.

Laura Lorenz '71 - I think the girls should be able to wear shorter skirts.

Del Hachimi '68 - I like the informality of it. In Morocco we must wear a white shirt and tie. Maine's is much better.

Monty Abbot '68 - I don't think the way the kids dress has anything to do with how they study. The school is made for us, and we should be able to dress the way we want.

Kathy Conway '70 - I think we should be able to wear shorter skirts. The boys hair wouldn't look good any longer so it's fine for them.
