| By KATHY WURST and MARY DRAPER V-Show tickets are now on sale in the bookstore for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, February 8-10. Prices are $1 for Thursday night and $1.25 or $1.75 for Friday and Saturday nights. Social Committee is considering ways to replace lost activity tickets. They are also planning an after dance for one of the upcoming basketball games. Organizations Committee is considering a drive at the end of March or April to collect money for the G.I's. Proceeds will be sent to the U.S.O. station in New York and will be used for items of entertainment for the servicemen in Viet Nam. |
A coke and fruit machine will be placed in the cafeteria for use after school. A new street sign, being painted, is to be put up at Howard Street and the Maine West drive. Service Committee is looking into teachers' opinions on semester exams. They are trying to think of a way to omit these. They are also considering possibilities of a lunch pass to eliminate congestion at the cash registers. |
