| In the double elimination senior basketball tournament completed recently, members of Mr. Ronald Brown's ninth period class defeated those of Mr. George Jorndt's ninth period class to win the championship. The team, consisting of Bill Caddy, captain, John Whetham, Larry Kahler, Tom Redmond, John Thvedt, and Bruce Blum, defeated Bob Mack's team by the score of 47-25 to end the tournament which has been in progress since December 1. |
The junior class tournament will be terminated today after the game between the teams of Mr. Brown's sixth period class and Mr. Jorndt's ninth period class (Drake vs. Vander Warren). The frosh tournament also starts today, and a junior free throw tournament will be held later this month. | ||||||||
