Michael J. Beierle, 63, of Johnsburg. Born July 18, 1943, in Chicago, to Joseph E. and Adeline P. (nee Morck) Beierle, he passed away Saturday, Aug. 5, 2006, in Davenport, Iowa. On Jan. 22, 1972, he married Sandra Ann Kucharski at Gladstone Lutheran Church in Chicago. Formerly of Norridge and Chicago's north side, Mike had been a resident of Johnsburg for the past 30 years. He was a veteran of the Navy from 1961 to 1967, assigned to the U.S.S. Radford. He was also assigned to the U.S. Naval Station in Pearl Harbor. In his lifetime career as a lithographer, Michael worked for Schawk Graphics. He also worked for many years at Hewitt in Lincolnshire and most recently for Allstate in Wheeling. His lifetime hobby was model building. He was a doting grandfather to his three granddaughters. Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Sandra; children, Diane Beierle of Chicago, Michael J. Beierle Jr. of Johnsburg and David Beierle of Chicago; granddaughters, Christina, Autumn and Audrey; brother, James (Mary) Beierle of McHenry; and sister, Joann (Francisco) Gonzalez of Chicago. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph (1979) and Adeline (1985).
