Scott Allen Freeze, 47, a resident of Grayslake, IL, for eight years, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2013, in Palm Springs, CA. He was born Nov. 17, 1965, in Chicago, the son of James D. and Sharon L. Freeze. He was employed as an accountant. He received an associate degree. He is survived by his daughter, Jordan Freeze; sons, Jeremy T. and Ryan S. Freeze; daughter, Carly J. Freeze of Crystal Lake; grandchild, Grayson Lund; father, James D. Freeze of Crystal Lake; brother, Jeffrey J. Freeze of Crystal Lake; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon L. Freeze (nee Sarcia).
