Cesario A. ”Cesar” Salas age 39, of Prairie View, IL, former many year resident of Carpentersville passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2013 from injuries he received in an automobile accident. Cesar was born in Chicago on June 4, 1973. On July 21, 1995 he married Mary C. Smith. Cesar worked as a Cement Mason and earned the position of Foreman. He was a kind, loving and devoted husband, father and friend. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and held membership in the Northern Illinois Bass Masters Club. He also enjoyed coaching and playing baseball. Cesar was a member of the Fox Valley Baptist Church in East Dundee. Survivors include his wife of 17 years: Mary C. (nee Smith). Their seven children: Brandon, Alexander, Jacob, Isabella, Daniel, Cassandra and Hunter. His father: Cesario, his mother & step-father: Rosalinda (Donald) Koch, his brothers: Mark Anthony Salas, Julio C. Salas and Luis Silva. And his maternal grandmother: Elvira Alvarez. Cesar is also survived by his aunts, uncles, many cousins and countless good and faithful friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather and his paternal grandparents.
